Jeff Rowoth

Executive Director

Jeff Rowoth is Executive Director of The Riparian at Rivers Run. Jeff is in charge of the management team and daily operations of The Riparian. For over 35 years, Jeff has been associated with RIT and holds three degrees along with being a proud donor, parent and volunteer. Prior to joining the Riparian, Jeff managed the fleet and travel operations for several multinational companies. His early career involved service management positions with RIT, Marriott and Sheraton Hotels.

Bonnie DeGraeve

Director of the Business Office

Bonnie DeGraeve is Director of the Business Office at The Riparian at Rivers Run. Bonnie is a careered office manager with a specialization in serving senior residential communities. Prior to Rivers Run, Bonnie was an Executive Administrative Assistant at a hospital and Executive Director and Operations Manager at an assisted living senior community. In addition, Bonnie has held job positions in payroll and human resources coordination.

Margaret Swift

Sales & Marketing Director

Margaret Swift is the Sales & Marketing Director at Rivers Run. Margaret has been in the Hospitality & Service Industry for over 25 years. Prior to joining Rivers Run, Margaret was the Sales and Marketing Director for highly respected and leading hotel and hospitality companies in Rochester. Margaret has a strong track record in building relationships and exceeding expectations. She brings to Rivers Run a real commitment and passion for working with people. Margaret is a graduate of RIT.

Chad Estabrooks

Director of Community Life

Chad Estabrooks is Director of Community Life at Rivers Run. Chad is responsible for managing the diverse programs and activities offered at Rivers Run, including being the point person at Rivers Run for coordinating RIT Connections. Chad also is responsible for transportation services. Chad joined the Riparian team at Rivers Run at its opening in 2008. Prior, Chad was employed at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida and brings a wealth of knowledge with regard to customer service and event planning.

Matthew Cole

Director of Dining Services

Matthew Cole is Director of Dining Services at Rivers Run. Matt overseas the entire dining operations from menu planning and procurement to dining staff and catered events. Matt joined the Rivers Run management team in 2008. He is careered in the service industry with a specialization in serving the diverse needs and lifestyles of seniors. Prior to Rivers Run, Matt held management positions at an assisted living senior community and at restaurant and catering companies.

Matthew Monaghan

Building Services Director

Matthew Monaghan is the Building Services Director at Rivers Run. Matthew is responsible for the daily maintenance of The Riparian apartment building and community center, its grounds and equipment as well as responsible for the supervision of the housekeeping staff. Matthew is an integral member of the Rivers Run management team, ensuring Riparian compliance with NYS Department of Health regulations, inclusive of fire and life safety. Prior to joining Rivers Run, Matthew was with a local residential real estate organization as a Maintenance/Project Manager. He brings over 15 years of experience in carpentry, electrical and plumbing knowledge. Additionally, he is an Aquatics Director and trained for emergencies by the American Red Cross.
