Susan Bussey
Executive Director
Susan has working in the senior housing industry for the last twenty years. Her past experiences include Regional Director of Operations, Regional Director of Marketing and Administrator of several Licensed Adult Homes. Susan joined Living Communities, LLC in 2008 as Vice President for Project Administration & Marketing, acting as the Executive Director for Rivers Run. Susan currently has oversight of the marketing initiatives and full-time operations of 82 independent living apartments and 67 cottage homes as well as the overall marketing initiatives for Living Communities.

Ronnie Hurley
Director Of Marketing
Ronnie joins Rivers Run with 10 years of marketing experience in senior housing. Ronnie's past experiences include Resident Relations Director at Atria Senior Living Group where Ronnie had oversight of Case Management and Marketing. Ronnie then became Marketing Director at Forest Park Independent Living and also worked at Heather Heights as Marketing Director. Ronnie is passionate about building and maintaining relationships in the community and is a great advocate for seniors. E-Mail Ronnie

Matthew Cole
Director of Dining Services and Executive Chef
Matt comes to River Run with 21 years of experience in hospitality and the food industry. He has worked with well known chefs including Emeril Lagassi, Wolf Gang Puck, and 5 masters chefs. For the last 4 years he worked in an independent community and implementing the culinary needs of this growing cohort. This is Matt’s 26th opening. He is passionate about quality food and service.
Matt was previously Dining Room Manager for St. Ann’s Community and was responsible for overseeing their dining services. E-mail Matt Cole

Kimberly Russell
Director of Business Office
Kimberly has extensive experience in adult communities in the areas of management, operations and the business office. Kimberly comes to Rivers Run from Perinton Park Manor where she was the Assistant Executive Director responsible for the kitchen, maintenance, receptionist and business departments. Chris Alberti
Director of Maintenance
Chris has been working in the senior living industry for over 15 years. Chris has opened three other facilities and took part in expansion of another senior living community. Chris has extensive knowledge of physical plant management has has led efforts in work safe programs. At Rivers Run, Chris oversees the maintenance, housekeeping, and security departments. Chad Estabrooks
Director of Programs and Events
Chad is a graduate of Cazeanovia College where he majored in Graphic Art. Chad was then employed at Walt Disney World in Florida and brings a wealth of knowledge with regard to customer service and events to his role from this experience.
