Cindy Lowenguth

After teaching for 33 years in the Penfield Central School District, Cindy Lowenguth is happy to join the team at Rivers Run. As an alumna of Nazareth College, Cindy received a BA in Sociology and an MS Education. For almost 25 years she has watched and learned from her husband, Gar, work in the real estate industry. The opportunity to now work along side him as he helps the 55+ client investigate a life style change is exciting and interesting. Gar and Cindy's extensive experience in designing, remodeling and restoring homes and condos gives them a unique perspective on what the market demands are for the times. This also gives clients interested in the project at Rivers Run the added benefit of this collective experience as they make selections for their new home.

As your Rivers Run sales agent, Cindy will be happy to answer any questions you have and assist you during every phase of your cottage and finishes selections. Her goal is to make you feel comfortable and confident as you navigate through the process of choosing your unit and selecting the finishes for your new home.

Gar Lowenguth
Associate Broker

Gar brings unique qualifications to his role as sales director for The Moorings at Rivers Run. With more than 20 years experience as a licensed real estate broker, he built Lowenguth Realty, Inc. into one of the area's premier real estate firms prior to its purchase by Re/Max, with whom he is now affiliated. Gar has taken an active role in promoting downtown development, and serves on the board of Spiritus Christi, St. Michaels, and Wesley on East.

A lifelong Rochester resident, Gar was originally trained as a teacher, earning a BS in Education and a Master's in History, allowing him a unique perspective on the combination of adult living and educational-enrichment opportunities represented by The Moorings at Rivers Run.
